Refund policy

1. Return Policy

• You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any item.

• We do not accept exchanges or returns outside of this period.

2. Product Conditions

For a return or exchange to be accepted, items must:

• Be in perfect condition, without any signs of use, washing, or wear.

• Contain all original tags.

• Be returned in the original packaging (or equivalent that ensures good protection).

3. Shipping Costs
• If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons (e.g., it doesn't fit, it doesn't meet expectations), the shipping costs are entirely your responsibility.

• Petit Jasmin is only responsible for postage when the item is defective or does not correspond to the order placed.

4. Exchanges
• We only accept exchanges for sizes (of the same item).

• If the desired size is not available, you can choose between:
- Refund, or
- Petit Jasmin voucher (valid for 6 months, to use on future purchases).

• For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the new shipping costs.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
• If you receive a defective or damaged item, you have up to 72 hours after receipt to contact us.

• You must send a photograph of the defect/damage and the order number.

• After validation, Petit Jasmin will cover the return costs and you can choose between:

- refund,
- voucher, or
- exchange for an identical item (subject to stock).

6. Refunds
• After receiving and verifying the returned items, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

• For refund purposes, you must provide the IBAN and SWIFT of your bank account.

• The refund includes the amount paid for the item, but does not include initial shipping costs,
except in case of defect or error on the part of Petit Jasmin.

7. How to proceed
1. Contact us via email (petitjasmin.info@gmail.com) or private message on social media, indicating the order number, item to be returned/exchanged, and reason.

2. You will receive instructions with the shipping address.

3. Send the item properly packaged.

4. After receiving and verifying the item, the refund will be made, the voucher issued, or the new item (in case of exchange).
